  Kushinagar Municipality Faces Probe Over 11 Alleged Irregularities; DM Sets 7-Day Deadline TOK News Network Kushinagar, Aug 26: The Kushinagar district administration has ordered a probe into 11 allegations concerning development works and procurement of electrical materials at the Kushinagar Municipality, officials said. District Magistrate Mahendra Singh Tanwar , through an order dated August 25, constituted a three-member committee to conduct documentary and on-site verification of the complaints and submit its report within seven days. The committee is headed by SDM Kasya Vivek Kumar Mishra and includes the Assistant Engineer of the Electricity Distribution Division, Kushinagar, and PWD Assistant Engineer Mukesh Verma . The complaint, filed by Rahul Singh , raises questions over alleged irregularities in construction works, including roads, interlocking, drains and beautification projects, besides expenditure, quality, materials, procurement and payments. The interviews are being conducted on the basis of online applications received for the scheme's 10-day training programme. Deputy Commissioner of Industries Neeraj Kumar Singh said interviews for candidates under the tailor trade will be conducted alphabetically.
